I recently went on a mission trip to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. It was one of the most enriching and humbling experiences of my life. I saw the poverty and potential that exists within the developing world. I saw that I, too, could partner with a missionary on the field to make a difference in the lives of people I had never had the occasion to meet. I saw, most of all, that God is moving in countries like Honduras to accomplish incredible things!

The church and the gospel are definitely on the march in the developing world. It’s upon you and me to be His witnesses in all of our environments, whether on a short-term mission trip or domestically living out our faith. If you haven’t considered going on a short-term trip, I challenge you to move beyond yourself to bless people who need your time and abilities.  Brian
