Brent Carter
Brent Carter and his wife, Betsy, have been partners of Center Pointe since 2000. Brent has been active in several ministries of the church, including drama (acting and script writing), communion, ushering, teaching and Life Group leadership. His career experiences in leadership development, executive coaching and talent management have complemented his role as a Life Group Leader and Cluster Leader. Brent has deepened his faith and discipleship at Center Point and is excited about helping others do the same.
Dave Hartman
Dave and Laurie Hartman have two grown children. Son, David is a recent graduate from Xavier and has relocated to Texas. Daughter, Susan is recently married and attending Oregon. Dave has a great interest in the topic of leadership and wants to learn with and from others, on how to become a better leader. Dave has held a number of sales leadership positions in his business career.
Shelly Hauer
Shelly Hauer is a wife and stay-at-home mother of three. She and her family started attending Center Pointe Christian Church in January 2008. She received her Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Linguistics in 2002 and taught at the college level for five years prior to having children. She looks forward to teaching CORE classes as a way to combine her love of teaching and her love of the Lord.
Scott Heid
Scott Heid has served at Center Pointe Christian Church since 2000 in various capacities, and has a strong passion for teaching. He has taught classes on Major & Minor Prophets of the Old Testament, Science & the Bible, Revelation & Prophecy, a response to the Da Vinci Code, World Religions: Mormonism & Islam, etc.
Jacen Hendricks
Jacen Hendricks grew up a ‘Hoosier’ in the small town of Syracuse. From there, he left home to attend college at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. In 2003, Jacen graduated with a BA in Christian Ministries with a focus on Bible. His first ministry position was with Youth for Christ in Chicago working with high school kids in the South Chicago area known as Peotone, Illinois. In 2005 Jacen and his wife Amanda made their home in Cincinnati, Ohio after having their first son. Now, Jacen has three children; Elias (4), Landen (2) and Delana (1). For four years he has been working in the fast food industry, currently holding the position of Franchise Training Manager and General Manager for Wendy’s. Jacen and his family have been partners with Center Pointe Christian church for three years.
Bob Perry
Bob and Mary have been married for 23 years and partners at Center Pointe Christian church since January, 1990. They have five sons ages 20, 18, 16, 13 and 11. Bob is a Captain for Delta Air Lines and has been teaching at our church since 1994. He received his M.A. in Christian Apologetics from Biola University in 2006 and is passionate about defending the faith and training others to do the same.
John Sanford
John has been a partner of Center Pointe for four years. He has co-facilitated DivorceCare Ministry. John also serves as the administrator for a chapter-a-day- Bible scripture ministry at www.cad.hisworddaily.org.
Scott & Melena Siebert
Scott and Melena have been partnering with Center Pointe Christian Church for almost five years. Scott is active in several ministries, including children’s and men’s ministry. Melena has been very active in the women’s ministry. Scott and Melena have been married for 16 years and have two children, Timothy, who is nine, and Trinity, who is six. The Five Love Languages has been a key for Scott and Melena in their marriage, and they are excited to share this course!
Carolyn Sigg
Carolyn Sigg and her husband Mike have been partners at Center Pointe since 2003. Carolyn is a full-time mom of Daniel and Rachel (and another baby on the way) as well as a very part-time CPA. Carolyn sings on worship team, is active in life group, and is a women's Bible study leader. She is passionate about God's Word and excited to be part of the CORE team!
Doug Waters
Doug and his wife, Amanda, and their son, Ben, began partnering with Center Pointe in August of 2007. Doug holds a Master's degree in Theology from Cincinnati Christian University, and has a passion for teaching on biblical and theological topics. Over the past 20 years, he has been a frequent teacher of adult Bible classes, and has also served in a preaching ministry and as an elder. He worked for several years in journalism, and now is a product manager for a local insurance company.
Keith Wilson
Keith Wilson is Center Pointe’s Life Groups and Outreach Minister. His training consists of a Bachelors of Science in Biblical Studies and General Ministry from Cincinnati Christian University. Keith has a passion for spiritual formation and community in our churches and desire to see life change happening. Keith grew up in a small town called Leesburg, Ohio and met his wife Kelly at CCU. They have 3 daughters - ages 5 and under. Keith has been on staff here 1 year. His hobbies include reading, good movies, building swing sets and biking if he ever has time.
Christy Williams
Christy Williams has been a fitness instructor in the West Chester area since 1986. She currently leads a free fitness class for women, three days a week, here at Center Pointe Christian Church. Christy also serves as a literacy specialist in the Center Pointe Schools and is currently working on her doctorate in Teacher Leadership. She is a wife and mother of three who strives, in all she does, to keep “First Things First.”
