Shawn Spradling - Senior Minister
Shawn joined the Center Pointe staff in August of 2002 as the Worship and Involvement Minister. Since that time, he has directed a variety of ministries including Adult Discipleship, Life Groups, and Administration. In August of 2009, Shawn became the 5th Senior Minister in Center Pointe’s history. He serves as the primary communicator…teaching, preaching, and casting vision for where God is leading the Center Pointe community as we Seek, Study, Serve, and Share Christ together. He and his wife Janelle met while attending Cincinnati Christian University and were married in December of 1998. Shawn graduated from CCU in 1996 with a dual degree in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries and also completed a Master of Arts degree in Theology in 2009. Shawn loves having a front row seat to seeing God transform the lives of broken people and watching them live out their faith. Janelle is a stay-at-home mom taking care of their two sons, Campbell and Carter. When he’s not at church or at home, you can usually find him in the woods backpacking or sitting in a tree stand.

Keith Wilson - Outreach & Life Groups Minister
Keith joined the Center Pointe staff in September of 2007. He and his wife Kelly met while attending CCU, were married in August of 2001 and have three girls Macayla, Olivia and Sophie. Keith comes to us from Plum Creek Christian Church in Alexandria, KY where he served as the Connections and Small Groups Minister. After 1 year of studies at Ohio State University, Keith transferred to Cincinnati Christian University and received a Bachelor’s degree in General Ministry in 2002 He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Church Growth and Planting from CCU. Keith feels strongly about connecting people into Biblical community and seeing God’s church grow through the challenge of God’s word and authentic relationships.

Justin Mosteller - Worship Minister
Justin joined the Center Pointe staff in January of 2010. He and his wife met in 2001 while attending Cincinnati Christian University, and married in 2003. Justin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Worship Ministry, which is just a fancy way of saying he was a half Music major and a half Biblical Studies major. He absolutely loves leading people to Jesus Christ, and views music as merely a vehicle that allows him the opportunity to tell the story of God’s love. He has served in worship ministry for nearly 8 years, and is blessed each year with many opportunities to lead students and adults throughout the U.S. with his worship band, Mosteller (www.WeAreMosteller.com). Justin loves people, and loves pouring himself out for the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom. When he’s not holding his wife or a guitar, you can find him holding a paddle or a fishing pole in a kayak on a river somewhere.
Steve Poston - Student Minister
Steve joined the Center Pointe staff in November of 2007. He and his wife Jill met while attending Milligan and were married in 1991. They are the proud parents of Caleb and Kate. Steve graduated from Milligan College in 1990 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible and is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University. After a 17-year youth ministry at Fern Creek Christian Church in Louisville, KY, Steve comes to Center Pointe to continue pursuing his passion of developing leaders that will focus on reaching students and helping them become mature disciples of Christ.

Tammy Phillips - Children's Minister, 4th-6th Grade
Tammy joined the Center Pointe staff in December 2003. Tammy and her husband Scott were married in 1990 and have three children, Tyler, Justin, and Carley. The Phillips have been at CPCC since October 1998. Tammy graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a degree in Christian Education, She also received her teaching certificate in elementary education. Tammy’s passion is for God to use us together to help children experience the love of Jesus and learn to love Him and develop a faith in Him to last a lifetime.

Mandy Kylander - Assoc. Children's Minister, K-3rd Grade
Mandy has been attending Center Pointe since 1998 and joined the staff in June of 2005. She and her husband Chris were married in 1985 and have three children, Tim, Mark & Jonathan. Mandy graduated from Vincennes University with an A.S. Degree and has 15 years experience serving in Children’s Ministry. Mandy has a genuine passion for sharing the truth of Scripture with children in a way that is meaningful to them, so that they can have a lifetime relationship with God.

Amanda Nolasco - Director of Nursery & Preschool
Amanda joined the Center Pointe staff in July of 2009 after attending Center Pointe since 2003. She and her husband Jeff meet while attending Wright State University and were married in 1996. They have four children, Katy, Colby, Kara, and Caleb. Amanda has over 10 years of experience serving in Children’s Ministry. Her greatest passion is giving preschoolers their first look at a loving heavenly Father and creating a safe environment for little ones to be silly and have fun.
Julie Fender - Counseling Director
Julie has been attending Center Pointe since 1999 and joined the staff in October 2003. Julie and her husband, Ken, have two children, Grace and Nate. Julie received a bachelors degree in Psychology from Miami University in 1989 and a masters degree in Counseling from Ohio University in 1991. She is a licensed professional clinical counselor and runs her own practice in Mason. Julie has been involved with the counseling ministry here at CPCC since 2000 where she has worked with individuals, couples and families as well as taught numerous seminars. She is excited to further her involvement with CPCC and the counseling ministry on staff.
Dawn Shively - Ministry Assistant & Impressions
Dawn has been attending Center Pointe since November of 1994 and joined the staff in September of 2002. She and her husband Russ were married in 1989. They have two children, Derek and Logan. Dawn oversees our Impressions Ministry, and provides support for the Senior Minister and Student Ministries.
Karen Reed - Ministry Assistant
Karen has been at Center Pointe since December of 2000 and joined the CPCC staff in December of 2003. She and her husband Mike were married in 1992. They have two children, Evan and Wesley. Karen is involved in the worship ministry for both adults and children. Karen assists in the areas Children’s, Counseling, and Worship Ministries.
Kristine Bennett - Ministry Assistant
Kristine has been at Center Pointe since the fall of 2005 and joined the staff in August of 2009. She and her husband Scott were married in 1992. They have two children, Ethan and Peyton. Kristine is involved in the worship ministry and she and Scott lead a life group. Kristine assists in the areas of worship, life groups and outreach.
Nancy Metzler - Receptionist
Nancy has been at Center Pointe since 1988 and joined the CPCC staff in June of 2006. She and her husband Terry were married in 1966. They have two grown sons, Christopher & Tony.
Karen Keebler - Receptionist
Karen has been at Center Pointe since September of 2000 and joined the CPCC staff in February of 2007. She and her husband Rick were married in 1978. They have four children, Jessica, Ashley, Cory & Bryan.
